Our policy

Every Saba Amir piece is made to order, to your measurements. For this reason we have a no-refund policy.

Cancellations

• Orders are cancelled automatically if the 50% advance is not received within 24 hours.
• Once the advance payment is made, the order cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges and faulty items

• If you receive a wrong or defective item, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as you receive it, with photos, so we can make it right.
